Taylor has inked a book deal. He's going to be writing an autobiography detailing his rise to the top. The title of the book will be Heart Full Of Soul, and we're going to have to wait until the Spring of '07 for it. Start the countdown, Soul Patrol.

Boooooring. Taylor isn't up to much right now, besides letting us know that he goes where he wants, and he gets what he pleases 6 times during a Red Sox game. I can't wait until this tour is over and Taylor heads out on his own.

I met Ayla Brown at the "Hot Stove, Cool Music" concert at Fenway Park last week. Very nice, very down-to Earth, certainly deserved to last a little longer in the American Idol Boat.

I'm thinking of making the front page into a real blog, but Taylor news will be somewhat scarce until the tour is over. By the way, rumors abound on the net about In Your Time being able to be released once the Idol obligations are over. Not sure if that means a few months or a year, but it's on the radar.

"Do I Make You Proud / Takin' It To The Streets" has peaked at #1 on the Billboard pop 100 chart! Congrats to Taylor. No word yet on the rerelease of In Your Time, but Under the Radar is still available in the meantime. Check out the CD page.

Never in a million years would I believe that Taylor Hicks would take the stage with Snoop Dogg... but it happened. It's pretty surreal. I suggest you give it a viewing. YouTube has a virtual plethora of Taylor videos here.
